Twitter Enhances Ad Analytics and Promoted Tweets

Twitter recently rolled out 2 new features for their ad platform. They now have better analytics so you can track growth from your ads and now allow you to hand select the tweets you want to promote rather than taking the most recent tweets. Pretty sweet.

Here’s a snapshot of what the analytics looks like for Promoted Accounts and Promoted Tweets:

Useful for tracking your overall Twitter growth rate when promoting a specific account.


Useful for: Track your impressions and CTR (click-thru-rates) and ad spend to measure your ROI.

Alternatively,  you can manually select your tweets or create a new tweet from within the dashboard.
Useful for: promoting around a specific campaign or event
