  1. Have a random question about business? You can tweet your question to @twithelpme and you’ll get answers from around the globe. #SMTIP
  2. Before you engage in social media, be sure to have a plan maintaining it & a strategy for how you are going to use it. #SMTIP
  3. #Realtors: Use a FLIP video camera to film virtual walk-thrus of your listing and post to your website, Twitter & FB pages. #SMTIP
  4. Pew Research concludes that only 4% of online adults use a service such as Foursquare or Gowalla to share their location
  5. Be kind & swift to good/bad comments on your brand customers often go social w/ complaints when normal customer service channels fail #SMTIP
  6. 58% of Americans have researched a product or service online; 24% have posted comments or reviews online about the things they buy #SMTIP
  7. Whose your audience? If they are teens, are you sure they on Twitter? Take a look. [graph] #SMTIP
