About The Author

Tracy Sestili is a social media strategist, trainer, and consultant. She has worked with a variety of big and small brands over the years, such as CA Technogloies, Cisco Systems, and After-School All-Stars. 

After years of teaching at various schools like Hult International Business School, AcademyX, and San Francisco State University, she decided to put what she teaches to businesses in book form for the masses. 

Tracy is a graduate from Shippensburg University. When she's not doing social media, she enjoys cooking, Scrabble, and dabbling in new technology.
